Welcome to the Caribbean Health e-Learning Portal, developed by the Caribbean Technical Assistance and Education Center for Health (C-TECH) in partnership with the Ministry of Health and Wellness (MOHW) in Jamaica and the International Training and Education Center for Health (I-TECH) to bring you online education.
With generous funding from PEPFAR, our blended online learning offers a wide range of courses on HIV care and treatment, specifically tailored for clinicians and healthcare teams. Our mission is to enhance the skills and knowledge of the Jamaican health workforce, particularly in providing care for key populations affected by HIV.
