CTECH attends the Inaugural Meeting of the Joint Council of Ministers: Health, Human & Social Development & Education in the Eastern Caribbean

C-TECH’s Executive Director, Dr. Natalie Irving-Mattocks was invited by the OECS Commission to participate in and present at the Inaugural Meeting of the Joint Council of Ministers: Health, Human & Social Development & Education in the eastern Caribbean. The meeting was co-chaired by Honourable Geoffrey Hanley, Minister of Education & Social Development, Saint Kitts & Nevis, and Honourable Vincent O. Wheatley, Minister of Social Development & Health, British Virgin Islands.
