The Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Advisor’s key function is to lead the C-TECH Monitoring and Evaluation portfolio. The position plays a central role in developing a program monitoring plan (PMP), developing data collection tools, managing data storage, and ensuring data quality, data collection and data analysis activities are implemented. The M & E Advisor will conduct formative assessments for improving program effectiveness as well as outcome evaluations as applicable, analyze results, compile data for reports and ensure accuracy of data entry in DATIM and other required platforms in line with donor requests. Additionally, The M & E Advisor analyzes data captured by the M&E Coordinators in addition to relevant data from the MOHW with a view to assessing the achievements of stated program objectives as well as to identify emerging trends that may provide indicators for the writing of new programs or modifications in existing ones.
