C-TECH has an exciting opportunity for a talented and dynamic Human Resources Consultant to join our team.
Under the general supervision of the Executive Director, the Human Resources Consultant will be responsible for conducting a detailed assessment and evaluation of the organization’s Human Resource (HR) function. The assessment will support HR strategic reviews, job analysis, and organizational development. This includes all HR policies, practices, and processes with key focus on recruiting, employee job descriptions, performance management, compensation (including payroll management), employee benefits, training and development and employee retention. A review of current HR indicators such as number of unfilled positions, the time it takes to fill a new position, staff turnover, employee satisfaction, internal grievances filed, number of legal complaints and absenteeism rates.
